5pm - 8:30 pm, "A Taste of
Ideas"
half hour workshops on such things as emotional freedom technique (EFT)
Laurie Shanks
@ 5 pm. EFT is a
self-healing system so simple it can easily be learned and used to
address both physical and emotional issues. It works. It works
wonderfully. And it often works amazingly quickly. Learn the basics
of the
technique and see a demonstration of the most effective, fastest
form Laurie Shank has developed over three years of working
with clients. |

Glenn Terry
@5:30pm
Glenn is an art teacher, founder of the Mango Strut and film
maker. He says that he is going to do a demonstration on how
to make paper masks. However I wouldn't count on it as he may
decide to do something entirely different but whatever he does
he is sure that you will like it, especially if you drink a
lot of wine while you are watching. |

Jay Greenbaum @ 6
pm
Jay knows lots about a lot of interesting stuff but his cup
runneth over when it comes to cameras. If he is in town, he
always comes to our RoundTable and has cameras hanging all
over him, and he must be strong because he never stoops over.
Jay will talk a bit about digital cameras and then take all of
your questions. He does, by the way, have all of the answers. |

Nic Ware "Surfing the CIA" @ 8:30pm
Some folks have asked me about Nic Ware. Like what is the book
like and since he lives down the street do I see much of him?
Well, I have read the book and if the main character "Gus" is
autobiographical than Nic/Gus is a hybrid between Jerry Garcia
and Henry Miller on some acid trip that began on some
California wave and ended in Bali. All of the CIA people in
the book are either inert, incompetent or striving to be. As
far as his coming by, last week he brought by Bob Marley's
brother Richard. That's about as cool as I can handle. |
